The partnership between our seven boroughs is already delivering significant benefits, including the securing of much-needed funds, reducing costs through collaborative working and enabling us to lead the way in London as an exemplar in governance and in using programmes such as Expanding Opportunities for All to deliver social value outcomes.
The programme operates alongside the LOTI toolkit which aims to equip London boroughs with the knowledge, guidance, resources and functional tools needed to achieve more innovative purchasing outcomes when buying technology products, services and support to encourage innovation and provide more opportunities to work more with startups, scaleups, SMEs and local suppliers.
